Well - On Our Way offers 1:1 coaching services in person or online. This service allows for complete personalization.
1:1 coaching is ideal for clients who are looking to take the leap from a 5-10K to a half or full marathon.
Training plans will include specific pace goals for each workout, weekly zoom meetings, nutrition guidance and recommendations, and pre and post race support.
Run Club Membership
The Run Club Membership offers a virtual group training at all levels. Choose from a 5k, 10k, 15k, half or full marathon schedule.
Join a group of like-minded individuals who are all working towards a common goal. Receive accountability, specific race training plans based on your goals, nutrition guidance, race day strategy session, as well as support from fellow runners.
