I believe health isn't about perfection, it's about having the strength, energy, and confidence to fully embrace the life you want to live.

For years, I thought running more was the answer. I've completed four marathons and countless races, but along the way I learned that wellness in midlife is about much more than miles logged or calories burned. It's about building strength, fueling your body well, creating sustainable habits, and finding a balance that supports the life you want to live.

Today, I'm focused on redefining what health looks like after 40, not chasing perfection, but pursuing longevity, vitality, and adventure.

Whether it's exploring a new city, hiking a scenic trail, running a favorite route, or making memories with family, wellness is what makes those experiences possible.

As a health and wellness coach, wife and mom, I'm passionate about helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their own bodies. You don't need to be an elite athlete or spend hours in the gym to feel amazing. You need simple habits, consistent movement, flexible nutrition, and a mindset that supports your goals.

My mission is simple: to help women build the health and strength to say "yes" to more of life's adventures. Because the goal isn't just to live longer, it's to live better.
