Hello! I’m Melissa, a midlife mom, wife, and wellness enthusiast living life through movement, travel, and intentional everyday habits.
My approach to wellness is simple: it should support the life you want to live, not compete with it. Through running, hiking, strength training, whole foods, and time outdoors, I’ve created a lifestyle that helps me feel strong, energized, and fully present in this season of life.
With a background in health and exercise science, I bring both knowledge and real-life experience to my approach, but at the heart of it, I’m simply someone who believes in feeling good in your body and building a life that feels vibrant and alive.
