Hello!

I'm Melissa, a running coach, adventure lover, and wellness enthusiast. During my college years, I developed a deep passion for health and wellness, which led me to earn a degree in Health Science with a minor in Exercise Science. My enthusiasm for wellness naturally evolved into a love for running, whole food nutrition and creating a lifestyle that supports healthy living. I’m now a Certified Running Coach with the Road Runners Club of America and a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach. When I am not coaching, I am spending time with my family traveling & serving at church.
