Hello! I'm Melissa. During my college years, I developed a deep passion for health and wellness, which led me to earn a degree in Health Science with a minor in Exercise Science. My enthusiasm for wellness naturally evolved into a love for running, whole food nutrition and creating a lifestyle that supports healthy living. I’m now a Certified Running Coach with the Road Runners Club of America and a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach. I'm dedicated to helping others reach their running and wellness goals with practical and effective strategies.
